- Her last role included –
- Performed reconciliation of grant funding allocations and prepared acquittal reporting in accordance with government grant compliance requirements.
- Completed complex bank reconciliation activities covering a six-month backlog, resolving issues arising from consolidated data files and import exceptions.
- Identified data import variances and implemented corrective processing to ensure accurate financial transaction posting.
- Reconciled general ledger balances against bank statement records, investigating and rectifying discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity.
- Processed journal adjustments and collaborated with banking officer to finalise bank reconciliation outcomes.
- Reviewed existing reconciliation processes and recommended procedural improvements to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
